Clodagh Earley

About Clodagh:

I completed a BSc in Psychology at Radboud University in the Netherlands from 2017 to 2020. During my undergraduate, I worked on four research projects focusing on several topics including executive functions, decision making and emotion regulation. My bachelor’s thesis focused on investigating the effect of training inhibitory and shifting ability on rumination. In 2022, I graduated from the University of Galway with an MSc in Health Psychology. My master’s thesis research explored the   factors that contribute to medication (non) adherence in young adults living with multimorbidity. I began my role as a research assistant in the Whelan Lab in March 2023. As part of my role, I am helping with data collection for a study which aims to use novel dry EEG equipment alongside gamified cognitive tasks to identify neurocognitive processes in children with ADHD to predict who will clinically respond to methylphenidate.
